1. You can annotate your design more to explain what you are trying to do. We do not know the functions of the interior spaces. Are they all F&B? 2. Building structures like floors, roofs, walls need to have thicknesses. Realistically they are not paper thin. Are there no columns supporting the lvl 2? 3. Can you develop on the design of the buildings? Currently the building form looks very simplistic. At 1:100 scale you can start looking at a lot of the details. For example, the railings can be designed too at this scale. Currently your railings look like those along monsoon drains! 4. Your building is for skaters. Can they skate in and out safely? 5. Ask yourself - what is fun about this space/structure that you are designing? Can you increase the fun factor?
